Re: Bruckell Moonhawk Sedan & Station wagon so then whats the ETA on the best mod for spring break (and maybe ever)
Re: Bruckell Moonhawk Sedan & Station wagon Buy a 1970's GM roundback, a 1973-1976 Chevelle, a good grinder, cutter and welder... And good luck! ETA is today, at this moment. (See the first post. I hope all (most of) the bad bugs are gone... Only I tested it, on my 6 year old slow dual core laptop )
Re: Bruckell Moonhawk T-Top, Sedan, Station wagon, Ute & Limousine V0.2.0 Many many thanks for the update! Awesome as expected, many options and plenty of variety, I'm hooked. And well...talking about bugs, I found a couple of things: The dash texture in the speedo section fails (orange bit) but when the hazard lights are on, the indicators work when they're on. (I deleted the cache prior to testing, so it should work) In ALL panel wagons, the wood bit in the front gets crazy and gets a weird off position, after some certain crashes, not even big ones or in the front: EDIT: It looks like the chrome bit in the front likes to get crazy too: Again, I hope this helps!
Re: Bruckell Moonhawk T-Top, Sedan, Station wagon, Ute & Limousine V0.2.0 YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSS. thanks a you so much man, your the bomb.drive man. the detail and effort makes this mod so great. I love how many parts there are now. Thanks man, thanks
Re: Bruckell Moonhawk T-Top, Sedan, Station wagon, Ute & Limousine V0.2.0 Getting a texture error on the dash. Have cleared cache, hasn't solved it. Also, this config has a broken name Great mod altogether. Still don't see why you aren't a dev.
Re: Bruckell Moonhawk T-Top, Sedan, Station wagon, Ute & Limousine V0.2.0 Thanks! I forgot to alter the nodegroup of the front wooden part when I cut it (it first was a single part with the fenders) The second one is due to a deleted materia, I updated the materials.cs to the current Moonhawk materials.cs, but Gabe probably altered the materials name of that piece of dash. You can eiter download and install the (just updated) new zip or download the two attached files and overwrite the existing ones. Do not forget to delete the cache! (especially the materials list cache!) EDIT; thanks to Again_Dejavu now also with the adjusted .cs preset files. Also included in the zip. Rename the .txt to .cs, the uploader didn't accept .cs
Re: Bruckell Moonhawk T-Top, Sedan, Station wagon, Ute & Limousine V0.2.0 Thank you !! realy enormous job , you deserve a dev badge !!
Re: Bruckell Moonhawk T-Top, Sedan, Station wagon, Ute & Limousine V0.2.0 Now that's a quick fix! Thanks you again You should be a dev indeed! But...the interior bug isn't going away. The other two are now fixed, but the texture is still missing. I deleted the whole cache from top to bottom, and checked: Regular Moonhawk, working well: Any of your custom Moonhawks, still with the problem. Sometimes the regular Moonhawk would get messed up losing all interior textures, but after yet another cache cleaning it's back to normal. The custom ones stick with the missing texture no matter what I do. I hope it's an easy fix after all, this mod is so amazing!
Re: Bruckell Moonhawk T-Top, Sedan, Station wagon, Ute & Limousine V0.2.0 Yeah, even with the fix and clearing cache it's still happening for me as well.
Re: Bruckell Moonhawk T-Top, Sedan, Station wagon, Ute & Limousine V0.2.0 I slammed her into a guardrail & the textures committed suicide. This was a very hard impact, softer impacts have not caused this glitch.
Re: Bruckell Moonhawk T-Top, Sedan, Station wagon, Ute & Limousine V0.2.0 Hmmm.. maybe I didn't end a deformgroup properly... That's horrible to find out. Is there any consistency with chosen parts? I don't know what's wrong with the interior, I'll find out.
Re: Bruckell Moonhawk T-Top, Sedan, Station wagon, Ute & Limousine V0.2.0 The battery in the demo version isn't really in a good position as it has absolutely no protection. I'd rather put it inside the car and under the dashboard where normally the passengers feet would be. Also, maybe you could remove the wipers and the rear view mirror as the mirror is simply hovering in the air now and the wipers are not really useful anymore. And the tire treads on the wide steelies are facing the wrong way.
Re: Bruckell Moonhawk T-Top, Sedan, Station wagon, Ute & Limousine V0.2.0 i think i found the weird colour bug thing it seems to be when the engine mesh gets very damaged look in folder
Re: Bruckell Moonhawk T-Top, Sedan, Station wagon, Ute & Limousine V0.2.0 I think I've found the problems; I put in a directory path where it shouldn't be and forgot some quotation marks. Maybe that's also the cause of the crash-texture thing, I'm not sure. Can someone please try this one out? I've crashed hard a couple of times but I can't reproduce the problem. Remember to clear the materials cache (or overwrite it manually)
Re: Bruckell Moonhawk T-Top, Sedan, Station wagon, Ute & Limousine V0.2.0 Thanks, that fixed both the dashboard and the other materials for me.
Re: Bruckell Moonhawk T-Top, Sedan, Station wagon, Ute & Limousine V0.2.0 nope and seems something is not right with the panel gap - - - Updated - - - nvm i forgot to delete cache its fixed
Re: Bruckell Moonhawk T-Top, Sedan, Station wagon, Ute & Limousine V0.2.0 Fixed here as well, great! But I'm now getting the "suicidal textures upon big impact" issue after some tries.
Re: Bruckell Moonhawk T-Top, Sedan, Station wagon, Ute & Limousine V0.2.0 You're the best. 'Nuff said
Re: Bruckell Moonhawk T-Top, Sedan, Station wagon, Ute & Limousine V0.2.0 Thanks guys! I've updated the version to 0.2.1 so it's easier to see where the problem might be if someone has an issue It's just another materials file (and the chrome/wood and preset fix are also included) so no changes if you've downloaded them separate. The tires and battery are for a future update I 'made' those wide steelies myself, and are still old school tire-and-rim as one part. To fix it I've to change the .DAE what isn't that hard but I haven't got time for it atm. For the wiper I have to add an entire new body jbeam (or add the wipers in as a new slot) so that's for the future as well. Can you please give me updates about this issue...? Thanks!
