    The map has not been updated for 2 years... i'm pretty sure it's not compatible with the latest BeamNG version. Looks like the map development has been already stopped ages ago.

    Still works fine... Don't extract it. Place it into BeamNG.drive/mods

    There's no password on the one I downloaded. You shouldn't be extracting the file to install it anyway...
