Indeed nothing stops them from selling it at that price (and all the insults are over the top) but comparively to other mods it is overpriced, so a negative response is to be expected. Frix isn't mentioned simply because this isn't about them, but i can assure you many people disagree with expensive patreon subscriptions for mods too. That's the first time i see this being an issue, and i don't think it is one if openables are implemented correctly (as they should be on a mod this price) And people frequently complain about how overpriced and low quality EA games have become, and beamng isn't even an EA game

Frix's tier includes several vehicles, with the number rising. this is just one. 2. i have not had this happen at all. you're either using a broken mod, or just making shit up 3. you can easily get a 3d model for a tourbillion. trust me, there will quickly be someone who'll make another one as for this mod itself, due to the general quality of it in its current state, and the whole legality, i wouldn't really see this doing well. my honest suggestion would be to make a few free mods, and once you have the trust of most members here, make a paid mod. but note that good quality ones you find on the forums have lore friendly/fake branding, and usually go for less than 5$. until then you could set up a gumroad/Ko-Fi to offer extra's for the mod, like a exclusive bodykit as a donation. and yes, there are people out there making 30$ for one irl mod, but those are usually low quality, and not on the forums. and everyone recommends you avoid those.

What a mistake. How ignorant do you have to be to think posting this on the forums is a good idea? The Frix McLaren was a better deal than this hunk, and that was rightfully eviscerated here like a week ago. All the judgement and insults are deserved (except the dip who said "pfp checks out" to someone with a pride flag, report him pls) Again, I'm not against paid mods, I think that the good ones are great and I'm glad the artists get compensated for them! They also have quality control and creativity (since they aren't real cars). All that and they're a fraction of this one config. And they're not illegal. This mod is just so hilarious
Nice to see a majority of people simply calling this the scam that it is, and not also trying to use it to support their pathetic stance that all paid mods are inherently immoral and should be banned. A modicum of faith restored in this community.
