A Conversion of the Albany Emperor from GTA IV This mod is based on the Gavril Grand Marshal, though with a very edited Jbeam. Most of the original model was remade to fit BeamNG standards. Features: - Configs based off the ones from GTA - Some unique configs - GTA Easter eggs - Simplified traffic Lore: The 1985 - 1989 Burnside Emperor was a big, comfortable luxury car made to compete with the Soliads equivalent sedan It had a smooth ride, a roomy interior, and a reliable V8. Well, I took my sweet time testing it and crashing it The doors, hood and trunk openings might need a bit of fine tuning but nothing bad Otherwise, if you're looking for a '80s full size luxury car for peaceful crusing, you are at the right place. This mod does the job plenty
Very well made, especially the JBeam work, haven't had a single spiking issue in a crash. The only thing that irks me about this mod...and this is really just me nitpicking...but the branding seems a little off. With the Emperor based on Cadillacs of it's era, I feel like it could have worked better as a Soliad. Especially if you park it next to a pre-facelift Wendover, they look like they could have shared the same showroom floor. But that doesn't detract from the mod, I still give it an A+.
very nice adaptation of Albany Emperor, i loved it. a small problem here, blinker stalk turns to wrong direction, when i give a left signal, stalk goes upward [it was supposed to go downward for left and upward for right]
I think there should be a base model with a six-cylinder engine, since this is really a mid-size rather than full-size car and the real life Cadillac Seville reintroduced non-V8 engines to the luxury sector in this era response to fuel shortages. This should be easy to add as there are already period correct Gavril Group inline-sixes in the D-series. Also, it would be more realistic for the cars to use the early intakes at least in the first part of the production run, i.e. the ones that give the small block V8 175 instead of 195hp, as this was still the Malaise era.
Guys, I have made it as a modder, a Russian site stole it! No hate to them, it honestly feels good lol
