Can´t find a solution to "Connection to the server could not be established."

    I have the same problem in repository i see always :"Connection to the server could not be established."
    And I see with TCPView program my game is not trying to go online. I tried to create a report according to your instructions, but I got an error related to the SSL. And this error is related to my OS, it has outdated certificates in it. Tell me the game uses SSL when connecting to the repository?
    Firewall is off, Antivirus is off for test.
