Can I run Beam?

I am thinking of getting Beam for my laptop Its an ASUS TUF gaming. do you think it will be able to run Beam?

Yes you can run BeamNG, but make sure it runs on the Nvidia since you have switchable graphics. Also, I doubt your Windows is 32-bit and think you mean the RGBA pixel format based on the 60 Hz.

Make sure when playing Beam (or any other game that can strain your laptop) that you keep the cooling system on the laptop clear, or it will throttle and kill performance more easily.
