can i switch to a certain car?

    was just wondering if there is any way to switch to a car u want, e.g. if there was traffic and u had a car and trailer with a car on the back, is there any way to switch straight to the car or trailer instead of going through every car in the traffic

    No, is the short answer, tabbing through the vehicles isn't that difficult, and takes about as much time as I'd expect a system to click a certain vehicle.
