We already have pigeon (joke) Making mods is pretty hard. Extremely hard. It can take up to months, even years to develop good mods, but because this is a small car it probably wouldn't take that long.
I think that small is even harder than big, because low weight is tricky, jbeam must be much better with light vehicles and small errors anywhere have bigger effect.
