Can't spawn car, camera spawns underground

Just like the title tells, when i start any map, the camera is locked underground and the UI is bugged out. I tried using free camera to return to the surface and spawn a new vehicle, but I receive a message saying "vehicle is not available". When I got told the vehicle wasn't available, I started to wonder. My final solution was to enter the terrain editor and to spawn a vehicle from there, but that still hasn't solved anything. Below I've attached a screenshot of gridmap upon entering the game.

Neither verifying nor clearing cache has helped at all, and I would like a solution or something that can make it playable again. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

 

Did you start in safemode? It disables all mods and that would tell you if its a mod issue of a game issue.

 

Yep, seems to be a mod that is malfunctioning. Thanks for the help, now to find out what mod it is

Found that out about 10 minutes ago, but thanks for the help still. I figured since the mod is kinda infamous for breaking the game.
