Can't use world editor

When I press F12 to open the world editor (I have changed the binding to this button.) This happens:

The UI disappears, and the camera changes to the way it's supposed to in the editor but... no editor menu or UI. It seems like the world editor only works on vanilla maps and not mod maps. Is there any way to fix this?
EDIT: This does not have anything to do with the no texture things. I'm not worried about those.

 

After opening world editor, press F1 or F2. Because sometimes the forest tool tab makes the manus disappear, but if you press F1 or F2, you'll go to other tabs like select item or camera path editor.

Also, try pressing Alt+U 2 times. Btw, I'm still on 0.22.3

 

None of these work. F1 Just opens the documentaion page about the editor. But it's fine. As long as I can use in on vanilla maps, It's okay.

 

Me, i'm trying to open World Editor/Script A.I. (F11) but it doesn't work
Do they changed buttons?
