    Maybe this map is too old. I have not test with the last update of beam.
    I have no time to solve problems for this map sorry.

    Yeah, that's what I meant, the guy said he has colour problems and I replied that I don't have them and attached a screenshot to show.

    Well finally I think understand what he say.:confused: I am decided to work on a new update for this map, there is not too much work (maybe...)

    can you add by any chance the new install feature? or atleast change the file from that complex thing to maybe a zipped one that can just be opened by double clicking on it :p its just very over complicated

    Hi!

    I have a problem with my trees : the distant render make disappear foliage, it's ugly! I have search but not found the cause. with Hutch trees the trunk disappear and you can see only foliage like reality...
    Anybody have an issue?:eek:

    Huuum I have tried a lot of things, and it already don't work. The foliage is dissolve :(. But if somebody if interrested to know how the wind work on an object in the game, I can help... I thought that the dissolve problem was attach to vertex colors (in BLENDER you can paint vertex of meshes), so vertex color influence the wind action on meshes.

    But I think speaking in the void because I am surely the only enlightened how try to create new vegetation....:eek:

    Sure seems like an LOD symptom. Have you looked at Hutch's trees for that?

    Of course I have looked Hutch's trees. But I have not looked the wiki yet, maybe after reading it will be more clear...

    It looks like the alpha threshold on the leaf texture is too strong. I would try lowering the threshold and running the leaf texture through this program. http://www.reinerstilesets.de/programme/halo-remover/

    Remember to save a backup of the texture before running it through the aforementioned program.

    Thanks!(surely a good soft to improve the threshold) But it is the same problem with an another material, I have tested with the douglasfir mat and with a model of douglas fir near look :

    On the last screen you can see the douglas fir only. Anyway I don't like this trees at the end, my method of creation is wrong, and my models are too complex. I must succeed to create a simple model :mad: And I think my textures are bad too! Level designer is a demonic work!! :s xD

    I go to restart this work on trees...:eek:

    Ok I have found an issue to my distant render problem!!:D I have not modified the tree or the texture but the way to make distant render! The result is very good!:oops: I am going to review all the models that I have made before.

    I think upload an official mod of this map in one or two week...
