If the tunnel is long enough, maybe add the ability to drive on the side of it ?

Car Jump Arena 2023

Hey everybody,

I am working on this map since october last year...now I think I have enough progress to share some pictures with you.

It's a completely new map made from scratch exclusive for BeamNG.Drive.

Technical features (at the moment):

map size: 2048 x 2048

more than hundret custom made objects with LOD and collision meshes

animated objects, like funfair rides for example

PBR textures

Map features (at the moment):

The well-known jumpramp. Extended landing zone for jumps up to 700 metres (for comparison: 2016 Car Jump Arena = 500 metres)

The "High Striker" strikes back...220m total height (for comparison: 2016 Car Jump Arena = 90m)

New cargame "Water Rider". Speed up and try to drive as far as possible on the surface of the water before you car sinks.

New cargame "Long Jump". Should be self explanatory.

New cargame "Roof Slider". Try to slide as far as possible on your cars roof.

Pit garages and grandstands that can be entered by walking mode.

Questions & Answers:

1. Is there any release date yet?

When it's done. There is a lot of work to do, and I don't have much spare time. For those who want to support me, there will be a paid early-access in a few weeks/month. The final map which will be on the repository will be released this year...but no specific date.

2. Is it gonna have AI traffic?

Yes. It will definitely have AI support. At least the main roads and the highway. The ramps and car-games will also have AI support...but they won't spawn there, you can place cars there manually.

3. Will it have scenarios?

There are no scenarios planned at the moment.

4. Will this be paid?

The final version won't be paid and free for everyone through the repository.

For the people who want to support me, there will be a paid early access in a few weeks/month...and after the map is finished they'll get a little extra on top...like an unreleased area or car-game or similar...don't exactly know yet.

Early Access is not yet released as many parts of the map look unfinished and some roads lead to nowhere. I will announce the start of paid Early Access in this thread.
