Hey! At the moment I am working on the pitlane and the way back up to the ramp. After you've jumped...you take the way to the right...through the tunnels and the cave...over the bridge...to the roundabout...through the pitlane...and from there to the tunnel back to the top of the ramp. About 9km distance maybe i'll show you a video later
Give me some suggestions for more olympic games! The next thing I've planned is some kind of "freestyle-area" with some jumps, flips, a halfpipe, tubes...and so on. But I need some more ideas. The idea from the basketball map is very nice...but I don't want to steal this idea. Maybe playing darts with cars. A few ramps and a large dartboard with scores... ...I don't know...waiting for your suggestions
A downforce competition where there is a very hilly, but smooth path and see if the cars can stay on the path or fall off.
This probably would kill the driver There should be a chance for him getting away Maybe I will add some optional ramps that could be activated in the map editor.
Just add a classic loop, shouldnt be missing at any stunt map! EDIT: also maybe some kind of U-ramp? (skateboarding is now olympic sport anyway)

It's like an gift that keeps on giving. Meh idea that you were talking about but to be fair doesn't the "high striker" also seem like an death trap? Survivable yes with the right built car but you are basically going straight up 100ish meters and then falling straight down again.
I design it that the driver can survive it. You are right...you go straight up 100 metres and you are falling down...but if you hit the ramp at the right angle...your car take the ramp back down to the straight without getting your roof damaged. It's a little bit rough...but the driver will survive. I also thought about adding a fence to the left and the right of "High Striker"...but I think this would be boring...because there's no risk of falling of the ramp...
My plans for the december release (BETA 3): - High Striker: finish the textures and the mesh create collision and LOD-meshes connect the startline with the roads beside the huge ramp - Pitlane: finish the basic mesh maybe add some details (don't know if I have the time to realize it 100% in BETA3) create a collision mesh - Tunnel to the top of the ramp: connect the pitlane-exit through a tunnel to the ramp create a collision mesh - Misc.: convert all meshes to the new DAE-format I used in BETA2 R2 instead of using different DAEs and a *.CS file add some streetlights surprise, surprise
Details will come later...not in the next release. But I thought about giving you a chance to create your own garage. Like the ad-signs...I can upload the texture-templates of one garage...and you can design them the way you want. Who is interested? I'll send the templates via PM. Rules: - no real brands ...thats all! There are 20 garages which have to be designed. A1 - A10 (right lane) and B1 - B10 (left lane). Let me know if you are interested...otherwise i'll create them for myself!
