Well, it's only because it didn't have vents and was body-colored, like the 2017+ Tesla cars.

Its probably all just made up from various turbosquid models threw together from real blueprints with enough changes to not infringe on anyones design copyrights.

Still, if you don't keep consistency with cars... atleast make the year much further so they make more sense to be there... or make it an generic city.

Ikarus was Hungarian (communist) and it was common to see their busses in the U.S. I know that wasn't the case of that Skoda SD bus but it's not like commie busses couldn't be deployed in the West.

OT: In Alarm für Cobra 11, Semir drives an E46 3-Series

But for many of the stunts they used an E36 instead:

Were they anyway an school bus at all? Plus, like I said before, the livery is inaccurate from old SF school buses.

In 'It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia' Dennis drives a green mk1 Range Rover. But in some episodes he has a green Land Rover Discovery

Well, at least they were creative enough to make it look like E46. If I watched the stunt at normal speed, I wouldn't have even noticed it's not a real E46. Would need to either pause or watch multiple times.

Probably as retarded as a mistake can get.

There's so many errors with the cars in these scenes. One of them is in the first scene. The first error is how the car blows up. It seems to go into the pieces, although the body of the car is never seen. Also, the car behind stops in an awkward way, which should've did a little slide atleast.
The second scene involved with cars seem to get damaged way too easily. On that side, nobody tries to drive off for some reason.
I'll list a few more later.
Any photos of an US school bus based on an communist bus?

I wrote that the livery is BS for crying out loud. Communist bus in the US is possible.

The only reason that's possible is because it's older than the import laws allow, but it'd work better if it was an city bus... or an American school bus to fit much better with the other cars. If Superman can do this correct years before, why can't this movie?
EDIT: It could also be an car collector's, but I still don't get the school bus livery.

    Tomorrow Never Dies

    Bond's 750iL has these wheels.

During the chase where he's deployed caltrips to disable a chasing Mercedes, and is later forced to go back the same way, the wheels change to these.

Obvious lift with smaller wheels behind the wheel itself is obvious in the third shot. I can understand if this was easier to be done, but the totally different wheels are painfully obvious.

    Redline

Two goons in a Ferrari 612 Scaglietti are chasing the main characters.

Later on in the chase, they crash after failing to drive underneath a trailer, and magically the 612 turns into a 456M GT.

The explosions are crap, but you can actually see the car's body, it's that flaming pile behind the first escort SUV.
Also I'm getting City Car Driving vibes at 0:58, since it has similar cars (same Golf and one gen newer A4) and similar damage model :p.

I found other mistakes in the film, but these are rather car physics mistakes rather than just car mistakes. Look at the crashes at 2:12 and 4:50, they are as unrealistic as a movie crash can get.
Look at the Focus at 5:52, it looks like it has been decorated with bullet holes, not accidentally shot at. The distances between holes are even, no holes overlap, holes have exactly same size, there are no marks of bullet deflection (only holes), holes cover whole body yet the tires and most glasses are completely unscathed.

I can barely even see the body. Plus, it should've flown upwards.
For that crash at 2:12, there's barely any momentum that would've caused the flip. An short roll-over on the fronts would've been more sensible, judging from position.
The other crash at 4:50 should've still been moving forward, with the back leaning right instead of being like the crash in Knowing, where the Cherokee is straightly hit by the truck, which made more sense in the context of that crash.
Lastly, the Focus should've been in worse condition, and atleast could've shown an effect from the shots, like an smoking engine. I also think the wheels should've atleast got shot once, judging with all of the bullet hole's position.
Another thing I noticed is with the London bus. I don't know the estimate of the Westminster Abbey's weight, but the bus should've been pummeled worse (in other words, crushed) considering how massive the piece of the building was, but the scene shows as if it was damaged by big stone pebbles.

Wait a second, during the beginning of the Land Rover chase scene, it appers as if it's left hand drive, but then it turns right hand drive???

It might just be my eyes, but I swear I see the steering wheel changing sides, though it's difficult to tell

I forgot to mention one crucial thing.
WHERE ARE THE DRIVERS IN THE BRIDGE SCENE?
They don't seem to do anything, and I only saw less than 5 cars that had people in the vehicles.

It was. The rear end was lifted off the ground by the explosion, sending the car into a backflip and landing on its roof. This is how a car would be flipped by a powerful bomb placed under the trunk in real life, so this is one of the most realistic crash scenes in the movie. Doesn't excuse the horrible cgi smoke cloud, but that's not a car mistake.
If you set video speed to lowest, you can see that.
Also, I don't understand why couldn't the American delegation just hide in The Beast (assuming that Cadillac limo portrays The Beast). It can easily withstand gunfire and grenade explosions.

I also need to say why the Japanese have to use an Infiniti, instead of an Toyota Century or an last-gen Nissan President?
