Chrysler was withdrawn from all european markets in 2011, replaced by Lancia in the most retarded rebadge operation in history... Lancia itself was phased out in 2015. Chrysler only survived in the UK, selling both Chrysler and rebadged Lancias, and was phased out at the end of 2014.
Lancia currently only has one car, which is the most pathetic car line-up ever I've seen. Even Chrysler has two, which isn't good as well, but not being capable to have more than one is embarrassing. (Plus, the company is way more likely to die out, according to this article: https://carbuzz.com/news/lancia-will-be-done-for-by-2018)
Chrysler could be next on the death list if they don't get their car line-up bigger, even if their cars do well, it will eventually die out. The other companies like Fiat, Maserati, Ram, Dodge, Jeep and Alfa Romeo is okay for now, they got plenty in their line-up.
No, absolutely not, in france, I think most people just prefer having a german car due to the premium build quality instead of a us car like a chrisler wich is as prestigious as a peugeot or a renault from what I'm seeing...
Yeah, silly me, I read the post wrong. Thought he was trying to say that we got them as Lancias in the UK.
There was also the other way around, where Chrysler got rebadged by Lancia... specifically, the Voyager.
Only in Continental Europe. UK got a full range of Chryslers, while Continental Europe got the same range of models, all branded as Lancias UK: Chrysler Ypsilon (rebadged Lancia Ypsilon), Chrysler Delta (rebadged Lancia Delta), Chrysler 300C, Chrysler Voyager. EU: Lancia Ypsilon, Lancia Delta, Lancia Thema (rebadged Chrysler 300C), Lancia Voyager (rebadged Chrysler Voyager/Town&Country), Lancia Flavia (rebadged Chrysler 200 ragtop). They only managed to alienate both customer bases in the process...

"German car" and "premium build quality" are not compatible in one sentence anymore. Unless it is "German cars have lost all of their premium build quality".
