BDRAT or as it is know here Brumby... or if you live in Japan TSTFATWBHBWNGI Spoiler: spoiler or wing for the americans The Small Truck From America That Was Built Here But We Never Got It
In English, Brat is usually another term that is "almost" associated with offending someone in the way of insulting names. I'd call it Subaru Bully because who gives an damn?
its old car for poor czechoslovakia peoples. communist make from czech and slovakia poor states, this is beacause it has got 92 hp
Chevy Nova , Oldsmobile Omega , Pontiac Ventura , and Buick Apollo . Why do I like these names, well because the first letter of each name it would spell out Nova.
Germany is commie? --- Post updated --- The couldn’t sell the nova in Spain because in Spanish nova means “doesn’t go”
Not like the Visegrad nations were rich before WWII. --- Post updated --- Back in 80s Eastern Bloc, 92 HP was no laughing matter.
Isuzu Mysterious Utility Wizard, or known as the Rodeo. Also, Toyota had already used the "Pickup" name for the early Hiluxes before the Tacoma succeeded it in the US markets. Isuzu also had a small pickup truck that sold in the US market as well, but since the aforementioned "Pickup" name was already taken, Isuzu decided on the name "P'up", or "Pup" since alot of people didn't want to say pee... Although the actual formal name for the truck was called the Isuzu "Faster".
That's probably the most unfortunate name ever given to a vehicle. As far as I know, that's the only vehicle that has the misfortune of being accidentally named after a terrorist group. I was going to bring that up, but you beat me to it.
I don't think anyone has brought up Chrysler's Cloud Cars yet! Chrysler Cirrus, Dodge Stratus and Plymoth Breeze!
I always interpret the Cirrus as an misspelled version of Circus. The problem was the timing. Like I said earlier, if it wanted to be named after an goddess, it'd be better if it was made in the 70s or before 21st century. But of course, it had to be in 2004, and continued until 2017. By that time, ISIS/ISIL (It's the same group, just called sometimes differently) existed already, and that might've caused a bit of confusion. Also, this is not the first Isis named vehicle, as there is also the Morris Isis. (Fortunately, the car was built in the 20s-30s and 50s, so it was much easier to distinguish.) Toyota Noah... [insert Noah's Ark joke here] --- Post updated --- Also because it's Latin America, and referring to ancient communities are common.
