I've just gotten round to driving this car for the first time and i'm really enjoying it. I grabbed a couple of mod packs for it too, but I haven't tried those yet. This is such an underrated car, I'm surprised we don't see more coverage of it. I do have three little things that I think could make it better though. They're not important, but they are little file tweaks that you could probably do if you need to update it when 0.37 comes out. I might have a look myself if I get round to it, but it's not my mod so I'd have to keep them to myself. - Firstly I think the steering is a touch too heavy. I get the no PAS, quick ratio rack and sticky tyres thing, so of course it should be heavy, but I have driven a couple of open wheel cars and they weren't this heavy. Admittedly I've never driven an F4 car, so I could be way off here. I lowered chassis specific FFB down to 70% if that helps. - Secondly, the idle is too rough. The engine stalls at idle sometimes. The engines in these cars aren't anything special and wouldn't behave like that. They would have a steady idle, circa 800rpm, like any other modern EFI production engine. - Thirdly, the gearbox/drivetrain seems to have a lot of slack in it. I'm not sure if it's the gearchange delay settings or what, but on part throttle, mid RPM changes there is obvious slip during gearchanges and if you go on and off throttle there is slip, almost as if it has a torque converter. Sequential boxes don't really behave like that, they are mechanically locked in so to speak. Please don't see this as criticism or nitpicking. It's a ten out of ten mod as it is, these are just finer details. I also appreciate that these might be issues that have cropped up since 0.36 was released.
