Hi All, You may be wondering what the Earth i mean by the tittle? Well trust be said i'm useless with computers in general but i love playing BeamNG and the reason is simple...I Love damage and I Love carnage. I live in the UK and apart from a daytime job of working on cars my real passion lie on the track .. banger racing ! If i'm not racing I'm working, If i'm not working then i'm down the yard building bangers with the boys but everyday i have a hour to spear to play Beam Anyway to the point i am offering some one or some of you to make me a bundle pack and ear yourself abit of money for your talent !! I will post a few photo's of Banger Racing (Cars/ Tracks/ ect..) I would like everything to be copied as close as possible. Get in touch, Tell me what you can do and how much YOU think its worth? Here's a Site for all pictures and videos www.thespectatorvideos.co.uk cheers, Sparky
Same. There already is one. The bruckell moonhawk (probably spelt wrong) derby. More american though.
I know, i've got it .. don't get me wrong its great but threes only so much you can play with one car
I love it to wait for beta and full release around those times there will be career mode career mode might include banger racing you never know though
Someone else (gabester I think) posted the going rates and time taken for a person to model a car. Upto $100 per hour and upto 100 hours to model the car. 100*100 = 10000 dollars or about £6000. You got that sort of money going? The idea of models for money has been suggested. Nobody has ever bitten.
True, but keep in mind that he isn't looking for a professional. I'm not sure about other content creators, but I'd gladly build someone a car in a month for around $500. That certainly isn't enough money to live off of. However, I spend my free time slapping cars together and messing around with BeamNG. For around $500, I could easily invest that time into a single mod. That's just the way I see it though.
Hope OP knows what he's asking for. I was going to say that $100/hr x 100hr work is over priced for a 3D modeler, however, they're essentially programming it as well. Unless he's fine with 1000 cars on the fullsize... Still, those're expert prices. This.
way more serous money than i was expecting haha these prices are more than i earn as an apprentice!! $100 an hour ? £3.75 is my hourly rate .. some one make a tutorial and ill just give it a bash
I'm not the one that came up with the numbers. Its mostly an example of how he isn't really going to get the model done for £3.75. Actually, what the hell OP. You only get £3.75 hourly? Now I see why apprenticeships aren't so popular, that is below minimum wage for a 16 year old employee, I knew apprentice wages were lower but not that low. I get £6.31/hour for washing bloody dishes. Slightly off topic, feel for you though. My main point originally is that models and jbeams take time. Time costs money. I am sure some people here would do stuff far below the going rate for professional work but no matter what it won't be cheat.
Agreed and also if people did make vehicles for money its not gonna take long till its on some Russian website and then that person isn't gonna get any more money from it
