Cars Spawning without Gas

So recently i've wanted to drive the new pessima but as soon as i spawed the car it has no gas, the same thing happened with ETK 800 and The Moonhawk. Theres also cars spawning without parts, 200BX without front Seats Sunburst wihout some body in the rear and the Police version of the Gavril sedan (forgot what its called) Spawns without a siren. It would probably be my mods at fault but i haven't really got any major mods. I already
Deleted some mods i don't need.

You need to check with all mods disabled, as that's probably being caused by some outdated mod.
They spawn without gas probably because that mod is removing the fuel tank, like you have other missing parts.
