SOLVED cars with no textures

The vivace and the tograc dont have textures at all and it's just them with out the textures, i tried reinstalling beamng but it didnt fix it, also i have deactivated all mods and that also hasnt worked.
Can anyone help?

 

Do the textures work in safe mode?

 

have you cleared your cache?

 

i haven't but also they work before i spawn in traffic, i'll try to clear cache
