So I've been thinking about experimenting with making an O'Neil Cylinder map and was wondering if there was centrifugal force in the game so I could spin the cylinder to simulate gravity or a way to just "attach" gravity to the inside surface of the cylinder?

You could make a prop to do that, as centrifugal force is a thing. Though you will need a strong jbeam and a powerful engine.

Well... technically yes and no? Centrifugal force itself is not simulated at all as it technically isn't a real thing in real life either. That being said though, seeing as Beam simulates all real forces, the illusion of centrifugal force will act just like it does in real life. Any body in motion will want to stay in motion and any body at rest will want to stay at rest. Both unless acted upon by an outside force, in this case, the cylinder you are making to hold the vehicles in.
