Certified Mods?

I am an avid user of the wonderful game SpinTires and a few updates ago. A "Certified Mods" repository was added in game. This means that content by a game developer can be downloaded and deleted labelled as unofficial content. This was possible in the game of Rigs of Rods where the Gavril Omega could be downloaded.

Will there be a time where BeamNG will have come far enough that players will be able to download unofficial content from the developers?
