Changing vehicle colour with console?

There was once a time I used the ingame console to change vehicle colours

Because the colour selector ingame has no numerical control and is therefore trash in terms of actually picking my colour.

For instance, I want to turn a car into the same shade of lime green Ford uses for the fiesta, I would write something like

changeVehicleColor("0.627 0.62 0.816 0.51");

Doesn't appear to work. Can I get a nudge in the right direction?
