    Looks so weird to see the tiny V6 in the car. Somehow the I4 and 5 fit it, weird. Good job so far!

    By the looks of it, a 60° 4.0L Twin Turbo V8 made by adding two cylinders to the V6 or by merging two 2.0L I4 by the crankshaft (which could mean, lorewise, that the V6 and the V8 share the same engine family), would fit quite nicely on a S Arsenic version. making the versions be (I'll use Bastille just as a placeholder):
    • 270, 270Q, 160d and 160dQ: Base models powered by the Turbo I4s, both Petrol and Diesel (the latter being a retuned 150d engine for a bit more torque), with optional AWD;
    • 310, 310Q, 190d and 190dQ: Mid range models powered by the Turbo I4s, both Petrol and Diesel, with optional AWD;
    • Sport 410 and 410Q: Sporty top of the line options before the S trims, powered by the Turbo Petrol I5 with optional AWD;
    • Luxe 410Q and 230dQ?: Luxury top of the line models powered by the Turbo Petrol I5 and a more powerful Turbo Diesel, either I5 or V6 (maybe use a detuned ETK I6 Turbo Diesel?), always with AWD:
    • S 480, S 480Q: Powered by the Twin Turbo V6 and with its version of the Bastion's Sport GT bodykit, with optional AWD;
    • S 570Q Arsenic: Powered by the Twin Turbo V8 and with its version of the Bastion's Battlehawk bodykit.
    Those would be my suggestions to tie it with the Vivace trim options and engines.

    while this looks really good, I think realistically the straight engines would have much bigger engine covers as they don't take up that much room

    The transmission, if possible, is at least different from Bastion, which uses an 8-speed transmission, if possible, use a 9-speed transmission

    I think they would just use a V8 straight from the Bastion if they needed one.

    That makes not a lot of sense, since the Bastion's transmission is basically the same as the ETK 800 and K series, and emulates the omnipresent ZF8HP. I'm pretty sure they wouldn't make/source a new transmission just for the "Bastille". Although, a recalibrated 8 speed, using the data from the ETK's 8AT would help making it fell faster.

    Probably, but at the same time, the EU regulations and taxes would not help. Other option, instead of the V8, would be a more powerful V6TT

    I really love the speculation that is going on here

    Bastille... doesn't that mean prison/jail in French? Interesting model name for a car

    I really like this. As far as I know, the numbers mean horsepower (for Vivace at least). So far I'm thinking about tuning all engines a bit so they can handle the 1.8 ton car better. The meshes were also slightly upsized which makes me wonder - perhaps 2.0 I4 should become 2.3 I4 in order to underline that little horsepower gain. 2.5 could stay as is since in most stock from it makes very decent horsepower. And V6 will probably be a three liter. But perhaps all of that could be done through ECU tuning, similarly to Vivace. In terms of body, there probably won't be a widebody or any existing bodykit used since they scream American and wouldn't quite fit in European setting. Sport bumpers/skirts will do I reckon. Perhaps both I5 and V6 should be available in Sport model, the latter being just Arsenic? Not sure

    You're probably right, I just took Vivace engine and put it in there. Had to resize a bit so it fits better.

    Currently I've set it up to use Vivace's ratios and gears since it uses Vivace engines. Makes it perform kinda good, but although I planned it to stay like that, it might end up being a temporary solution

    This is true, that's why the most powerful engine will most likely be the twin turbo V6.

    If it's a V6, they better tune it to sound good and not like a vacuum cleaner.

    Also: No V8? This is so sad, can we get 50 likes? /j

    I'll fight this to the grave, THIS CAR DOESNT NEED A V8. (Lol)

    The reason why is down to why i feel this car would even be imported, cherier would be missing a sedan considering the somewhat complete fleet of a hatchback and crossover. so they just looked at bruckle which like in real life could have a partnership/be under the same group as cherier, thus bam remodel the car, change some engines to fit the euro market and whehp you have a sedan for your lineup. (This would also kinda make the car line up with a real life example being the last gen volvo s60's, with T4'S (i4s) T5'S (i5's) & T6 (i6, although this doesn't have a i6 but a v6(volvo T6 was exclusive to the polestar model and could also be for the sporty version of this) Though just using volvo since the engines match well) also, just like with most brands, will the special version be called the arsenic to fit the vivace?

    (I respect your opinion, but in my own i don't feel it would have a v8, bus this is all in good fun)

    I guess the times when Mercedes used 6.2L V8s in their performance models still are too close in my mind. That's why I thought a V8 would work.

    The V6 sadly leaves no room for it. We can only hope.

    Well, looking at its closest "competitor", the power/torque figures are quite close, even using unchanged Vivace engines. Also, comparing with the Bastion options, they are even better. I paired the petrol and diesel engines by their torque figures, so the 270/"160d" would make 350 nm of torque, the 310/190d make 405 nm, and the 410/230d make 525 nm (for the 230d, I took a look on the ETK I6D, and it makes a bit more torque, but also makes 258 hp, so maybe a little less turbo pressure would bring the power and torque down to the 230 hp and 525 nm marks. Also those numbers are very close to the BMW 5 series, so power to weight ratios shouldn't be a problem

    And well, the Vivace itself offer a widebody configuration. I'd make the S and S Arsenic models widebody not just for the looks, but also for that extra Autobahn Stability.

    Personally, I think that the widebody kit gives the car a more agressive stance, something fitting with the S versions. Also you can change some details to tie it a bit more with the Vivace, like the black accents on the Arsenic, and things like that. Also, some resized wheels from the Vivace could look good on it.

    Well, Bastion only reaches 0-100 km/h in 7 seconds when there is 300+ horsepower. With sub 400+ that number can be brought down to around 4-5 seconds but not less. So there will be slightly unrealistic engine power figures but when you look at base Bastion making 280hp and everything beyond that entering well 300 and 400, then it sort of makes sense. Have to compensate one way or another.

    Idea is great, but the problem is that widebody looks very much like Bastion. Surely that can't be a bad thing, but I still want it to have little bit more distinction. So you don't immediately go "look at that weird Bastion" but more like "Damn, that car reminds me of Bastion". That on the other hand would require extensive redesign which I cannot do due to my lacking skill in modelling

    I'd say no widebody for this mod, it's big enough as is for Europe.

    Maybe you could toss a (modified to fit the Bastion) Vivace widebody on? I dunno if it's worth the work, but that would make it pretty cool.
