It also isn't acceptable that the Miramar and Special have a low amount of configs, that's why you see at least 3 people saying "wen remaster" when the devs even breathe. Gotta love how this community invalidates any criticism whatsoever with "just make it yourself."
there's like, 5 more twingos that could be made into configs from what I can find so I'd say 9 is a reasonable number at base, plus mods have already like tripled it, so go use those mods
What you're doing isnt criticism just a blatant and harsh request that makes no sense with this mod. Not every single car mod has to be 30 configs, there's tuning packs that pretty much give a whole new car such as Torus or PUR or S-tune and they give between 5-15 configs to an already existing car while giving new body styles, engines, tuning options this is the same thing just the body style is a whole new car, and its amazing. Plus like this guy said, 9 configurations is quite enough for the twingo and i'm sure that there will be new content coming. The plane config itself is already quite a lot more extra than what was needed and nobody was expecting so be grateful for that.
Most of those configs are the manual and automatic versions. This doesn't have an automatic. If it did, it would probably have at least 16 configs
The real life twingo had a custom transmission which was a cross between an automatic and a manual, but Baconzez has already said that they will not be adding it. You aren't getting more configs. If you want more, go make them yourself.
That's the exact opposite of the point I'm trying to make. The point is that the author can do whatever they want with the Tango since it's not a Renault, it's a Cherrier. However, the author chooses not to and essentially makes the bare minimum for a repo-friendly mod. Belaboring the same point over and over again, I see?
Yes, but in this case, the author doesn't want to add a transmission. Deal with it. Be glad we actually got a twingo mod in the first place.
This whole "be glad it at least exists" crap is really starting to drive down the quality of mods, because now modders can't take criticism and instead let their glazers defend them.
That is true that the author can do whatever. But THEY DONT WISH TO DO SO. No matter if they do add something that never existed in the irl twingo or not it will be fine, but it doesn't allow you to go around saying its a bad mod and 9 configs is not nearly enough. Also just so i can understand your reasoning, what is the "bare minimum" for a repo mod? Please explain.
