I've heard about japanese cars from the 80's being required to have a "chime" bell warning sound thingy when going over 100km/h, and some of the cars in beamng are from japan and were made in the 80's. I think that it should be added sooner or later.
When it's released, the Toyota AE86 will have a speed chime sound like you mentioned. It's definitely possible, maybe it could be an official feature later on.
