In my opinion if you have the money, just go for the 1080 TI as it is the best GPU I know off.

It is better to spend that little bit more money in the first place, so you don't have to upgrade the GPU so often.

    Dunno, http://gpuboss.com/gpus/Radeon-HD-6450-vs-GeForce-GTX-1080-Ti begs to differ.

Using their own comparing thing, it seems to just be a little better spec wise, with the next tier rating. How much more expensive is it? I couldn't find a price...

It is basically the same thing with different fan system, basically it will be more quiet.

And those are some really expensive PSUs :D mine was wayy cheaper to be exact it was half a price and it is quiet and doesn't have any problems with overheating.

    I'm using the SilentiumPC Vero M1 600W

I've just looked up both of them and the Silentium PC has actually a higher efficiency than the "Be quiet!".

Then, go for the more expensive one. I'm the kind of person who doesn't care if my PC is louder than me hammering my keyboard, as long as my headset is louder :D

The only way is loud. Loud fans, loud HDD, loud keyboard, and most importantly, loud music!

+ me mashing gears with my G27
P.S. don't do that. I've recently opened up the shifter and I've found out that from all of the aggressive shifting the whole shifter was covered with basically powdered plastic, and where the 3rd gear is, now there is a bit of a hole in plastic where the lever was hitting it :D

My old Pc was nearly as loud as a starting fighter jet. Now I´m really willing to pay more for less (noise) ;)
If you can hear your music, your pc is not even close to loud :p

Back to the Topic (sort of): 600W should be enough right?

The 1080 Ti takes about 300W, so in theory it should work, but going slightly over the need wouldn"t hurt

600-650 should be fine. I'd always give it some headroom, but if you do your research on the parts, there shouldn't be any problem.

Also, I fight fire with fire. Loud PC with loud speakers. So far, it's a winning battle

Lol, speakers... The ultimate tool for battling the loud PC is a loud headset :D

Eh. They get too heavy for me after awhile. I guess I need to find some lighter ones. That, or strap the speakers to my head

It would be a pretty fair bottleneck though, considering the rest of the PC's specs. It doesn't really pay off to spend alot on every part, then cheap out on one
