too true, too funny
very funi did lauhg
Leaked redesign? Looks much less slab sided, hopefully the skin maps are fixed too
The rear lights could use some reshaping, to make them a bit wider.
Looks more like a supercar now
I just think the textures should be more contrasty in the lights.
See if you can spot why I think a remaster is imminent.
For whenever a revamp of the Bolide is coming, I (as well as many others, probably) would like to see Koenig Specials inspired body kits, I think they would look great on it. If you guys could, that'd be awesome and it would definitely make me want to use it more!
Engine is marked as N/A, I think it will be getting a completely new engine then, with new scratch model, Jbeam and textures. That's good news, it has always had the worst looking and least realistic engine of all vehicles. Bad news is that this means the new engine probably hasn't been even started so it can take some time.
Obviously we are just Fred Flintstoning the Bolide from now on
Hot take, the norte car dealer Silhouette logo has a better roofline than the car itself.
Well, it happened. Lol
To clear up some of the speculation about the Bolide before any of the discussion here, in the Update speculation thread or elsewhere gets too out of hand and people start getting angry about it again.
The Bolide that you see in these menu and loading images has been remastered to the "old" standard, and is very much unfinished. Just like how the Pickup, Roamer, Van and Grand Marshal were initially "remastered" before we had fully decided how far vehicle remasters were going to go.
The Bolide has been on hold for some time after those plans were finalized. It is not releasing imminently. The chart says N/A because the old Bolide's engine is mapped to its main texture.
Will it be taken off hold any time soon? The state of the Bolide compared to the other vehicles is... sus, and it's not exactly fair to flex the somewhat better version on us if we can't have it
This is completely fine with me, i am familiar with things like valve time after all
If need be it can be 10 years
don't give them ideas
I still stand by my point
get out of my head
It will be worked on when its turn comes around. We are all very well aware of the state of the Bolide and the other vehicles that people frequently complain about. Nothing is ignored or forgotten like many people like to suggest, it's just not being worked on right now. We can't work on everybody's preferred vehicle all at once.
If you think showing off WIP unreleased upcoming content (that people have been desperate for more details on for months) is mean-spirited ""flexing"" then I don't know what to tell you.
