For some reason the sound mixing on the stock v8 sounds seem poorly made, at steady speeds you can hear the sound "looping" and pitching up and down, also the intake induction noise seems excessively loud especially on 2 bbl carbs/factory aircleaners

 

i don't hear that, but either way its not up to me, still all vanilla sounds lol
however the gain mixing does need adjustments on some intakes i agree

 

could you add a indestructible engine block or one stronger than the billet block, just so i can run the 6 compound turbos at max boost without it blowing up.

I had a quick look through this thread and didn't see if anyone knew of any redesigned hood for the Bluebuck that would allow the fitment of the full size Cross-Ram intakes without any clipping on the 423 'Ultra-Thrust'. I was hoping to see if there was an option that allowed that possibility?

 

I just remove the air filters AFAIK there isn't a CEEP hood available for the Bluebuck that doesn't see either kind of air filter clip through.

 

People have probably said this already, but I've noticed the Dodge Charger/Ford Mustang II (i'm tired) front end literally exploding off the Barstow... not sure what causes it.

 

Sounds like a parts conflict. If you have the Aerosport grille equipped, things get a little fucky.

 

Try removing the front bumper when you put the Aerosport fascia on.

 

i'd still like there to be a limit to how much a engine can take before going kablaow, even if that limit is ridiculously high (which it kinda already is)

nope, but things may change with the v8 remake, as everything else related to engines and fitment

yea like mentioned, just unequip the front bumper and you're good. doesn't fit the front anyhow

 

The new Barstow parts and body isn't showing up for me.

I tried clearing the cache, but it didn't work. And no, I have the repo version. Every time I load up Beam, I see the new Barstow config on the Barstow files. I don't know that much about how modding works, so correct me where I'm wrong.

 

yeah i just love doing insane things to these cars. also i purchased your WIP download, will i have to repurchase it for the next update you do, or will the main updates be here on this free download?

 

oh ok the repo is not supposed to have that yet, thats on me, forgor to take that config out. im rolling out a hotfix to remove just that to prevent further confusion. the early body stuff is still WIP only

you don't have to no, you can just re-download it depending on where you bought it from. on ko-fi you need to get pack to you purchase confirmation and patreon just re-download the file from the google drive link
