oh wait, everything classic except classic dashboard indicators and the classic menu are moved. dunno why it's happening tho. and the logo deletes itself when they move
hi there, so i'm trying to use this (and failing miserably) so how would i use the classic menu and vehicle selector?
I'm going to try and fix this myself, even though I have no idea how to do ti. Also wanna make an expansionary mod for stuff like the old gray dashboard and other things
I can possibly take a look at it to see what's involved with fixing it. The reason it hasn't been updated is because I haven't touched BeamNG.drive in like half a year.

I think they were really cool, especially with the dashboard and its really clean animations. --- Post updated --- and there's an official beamng.ui github page where you can get them today and mount them onto any old build after 0.3.1
Anything is possible. I built my own very basic UI (completely detached from the normal UI) for BeamNG.drive almost 2 years ago. It's as simple as just swapping new UI files with the old UI files, however. Edit: I mean to say "It's not as simple".
It doesn't seem that simple to me because of the way the game has evolved but it's worth a shot I suppose
understood. I mean, the techdemo (v2) doesn't take kindly to the 2014 prototype UI replacing what it already has
I wonder why the messages module stopped working, considering it has exactly the same backend as the regular messages app
