climbing utah scenario, hopper spawns without rear axle and wheels

    i just deactivated all my mods and tried the climbing utah scenario, but the rear axle and everything back there does not spawn in. i really want to try this scenario, but with a front wheel only hopper, you cant get 5 feet.
