Cockpit camera has broken rotation and the NearZ value for all the cameras are too high.

    The cockpit camera used to be so when you rotated the camera it auto-centered afterwards. Now it doesn't anymore.

    For all the cameras now, the NearZ value is too high now, causing the camera to clip through the roof using cockpit and relative camera and causing the camera to clip through the car when zoomed into it from a farther distance than normal.

    It auto-centers when your vehicle starts moving.
