Grandparents and their grandson were attacked while just driving through N-Labs. As they were driving the parking brake randomly came on along with the check engine light then the car died. They all thought "That is very strange". The grandpa looked at the engine nothing was wrong? Then the grandpa thought "what?" but as they didn't know about the teenagers that died there two years ago he thought it was all ok. Then out of nowhere a 4 door car appears out of nowhere. The grandpa told the other two to quickly hide. The grandma hid in her seat and told the grandson to hide in the trunk of the car everything will be alright. After that the 4 door went full speed at the grandpa killing him at 32 MPH killing him. The fullsize then hit the passengerside killing the grandma but the 4 door car didn't know about the grandson so it went and hid. for its next pray. The grandson got out and found his grandpa phone and took a picture of the car because he knew if he called the cops it'll be to late and he would be roadkill.
I'd love to see bikes in the game, but the only problem i see is that the riders weight is crucial to the handling characteristics of the motorcycle. Without a person on top of the bike, it'l handle unrealistically.
There was a bike mod for ROR that I had that balanced fairly well without any cheating, although I might have to do it another way as that one used hydros with the vehicle's roll as an input and correct me if I'm wrong but I don't think those are implimented into BeamNG yet.
I know, but is it possible to set vehicle roll as an inputsource yet? I have no idea as I've not found a full list of possible inputsources.
without a person on top, its not the handling that makes it unrealistically... its having no person on top... i mean common guys, noone riding the bike and its the handling thats unrealistic? ...serious facepalm
None of the cars have drivers, so I don't see how this is any different. Also, I really hope English isn't your first language. THOUGH I SUSPECT YOU'RE JUST AN ILLITERATE BASTARD @Gary - A solution I can think of is placing a heavy (80Kg?) ghost node as you would a camera where the rider's COG would be. Appropriately placed hydros would move it to the left or right in concert with the steering hydros to simulate a person leaning into a corner. Unsure if that'd work though.
1.exactly what im sayin... everyones talkin about realism, but none of the cars have drivers??? ...? its already weird enough having cars driven by themselves in a realism orientated game... but on bikes? the nonesense seems a little too obvious... 2.the fact that you replied showed me that you understood very well what i wrote... so wheres your problem? i speak 5 languages fluidly... my first one not included... i assume you ONLY speak english... ...catching my drift here?
Realism in BeamNG's context is oriented toward many aspects of vehicle dynamics and vehicular destruction. Humans and animals are thus out of the scope and will not be included. I replied because I'm decent at deciphering broken-ass English littered with unnecessary ellipses. Your assumption is wrong; Along with English, I speak near-fluent Indonesian, and enough Mandarin Chinese to survive in mainland China. #themoreyouknow
