I know but every time i close the game and start it back they come back also got my first nodes and beams in game
I was playing around with this and ended up making the following image. These are all accurate real values extracted from BeamNG and directly plotted into a map. A lap around Hirochi Raceway with a Ibishu Covet. You can see how bad I am at driving if you look close enough . I know it hasn't brought any new info that I didn't know before but I think it looks cool . Virtually any variable of a vehicle can be now plotted into a nice representation. I wanted to share it and wasn't really sure where to post it. I hope it's ok here. ----- Edit: I repeated the test, this time with a Civetta Bolide: I did waaay worse. I guess I just suck at driving the Bolide, though keep in mind I was using the keyboard . I lost control and slipped out many times, there's not a single straight line in the whole track... Even the top speed was lower...
Holy shit, I just realized what that is. Nice work. I didn't think We'd see things like that till years down the line.
I think Carlos is on to something here. Stuff like this totally compliments the vehicle tech stuff. Having tech info on the MAP side of things is an obvious feature for Beam. Hey Carlos, I made a thread awhile back pondering the possibility of a real time altimeter function. You think that's possible with what you're doing with this?
Late answer... reason is the work and the different time zone..but here is some pictures of own jbeam, created from zero the doors and the boot not have jbeam yet. the model is little bit high poly and not the good quality model, but i don't find better model. It is not russian
So, if I'm understanding it correctly you are interested in a simple app that shows your altitude, kind of like the digital speedo app, but displaying the altitude. If that's the case, it's not difficult to make at all, I used to have an app like this that I made for developing purposes, but I lost it in one of the updates. I might be able to make it again and share it, as it is only a matter of changing a couple of lines from one of the default apps. Now, as we are supposed to post screenshots in this thread. I'll just leave this "slightly photo-shopped" image here.
Yeeup. A simple digital altimeter function would be cool when driving through a map, especially the mountainous ones. Could be useful to find out exactly how many vertical feet a cliff is before you tumble over it for example. It could add a new level of interactivity to maps and having an elevation meter constantly showing current elevation data anywhere in a map sounds fun. Just an idea and I respect any decision you make on it. Okay....back to screenies.
Please no. They are god awful, really the one he has probably works better. Forza meshes are basically way too high poly to ever be used correctly with soft body physics without huge mesh work. Even GTA IV has mesh issues with them, in Beamng they look 10x worse. Its basically a huge part as to why so many of the Russian mods are crap.
