Tired of saying stupid shite and getting to know skyboxes, sun objects and tweaking ambient lighting. This is a test to emulate the bright reflection from a cumulonimbus cloud in early evening light, a common occurrence in the southwest. Thanks to Heiko Irrgang for the AWESOME skybox. Took quite awhile to figure out non-Torque prepared assets like these but it paid off and I'm pleased with the results....FINALLY.
1. I can't spell so if "marage" is not correct than my fault, A marage usually occurs in hot weather in a flat terrain if for example if you look down a giant desert highway when it's like 100 degrees out then you will probably see a "pool" or "puddle" of "water" on the horizon. it's caused by the heat reacting to the air and can also be seen sometimes on top of grilles when... Grilling stuff.
Been trying some stuff out for my favourite vehicle... ...but sadly I also screwed up the materials. I am going to wait until Goosah finishes the Beta before I go too deep into modding it though.
Nice! Looks like the material names changed when you imported the .dae? Or are you using multidae? I'm working on the UV redo and textures now, hopefully releasing v1.0 in the next few weeks.
I am not sure. I also tried inporting and exporting without any change and the same problem occurred. The Maya DAE exporter seems not to work right. I am going to look again into it as soon as 1.0 releases ^^ About multidae...does it also work with bodykits, or only with rims? I have never looked too much into it.
