You should remember that these framerates apply only to this situation with Geforce 1050Ti using 1280x720 resolution, things vary wildly between vehicles, maps and locations of map! West Coast USA is one of the GPU intensive maps, on some maps it does not matter so much what GPU is, but understanding nature of what different settings does will help to get good framerates with decent visual quality even with a potato.

If I keep Textures at high and AF at 16x I can get surprisingly good visuals even at lowest, but then again disabling shadows will improve HIGH around 34fps from 66fps to 100fps

This what I thought, I knew obviously, depending on the map, lighting, and many many more parameters that fps wouldn't mean much, but what I wanted to see was really the difference between related to fps, setings, and, just like visually, it seems like the gap in fps between low and medium is pretty small, as between lowest and low the gap in fps is huge.

It would be intresting to see if on different maps the gap stay the same.

Shadows really have a huge impact on how the game looks though.

Btw why are you using 720p rather than 1080p?
Is that because you have a 720p monitor or for fps?

 

I don't understand why people feel the need to have 1080p so much (actually I do, most do play more than fiddle with numbers and most don't have so good AA like I have, built into eyes), if I would have 4K monitor, then I guess I would need 1080p too, but see this is what I usually have going (+ loads more that I keep secret):


Notice how MAX CPU thread is at 97% there, older maps required lot more CPU power and maybe little crushing requires it too

Anyway, for me 720p is enough, if I put BeamNG in full screen, it messes up language bar and then all my programs are cramped into tiny part of the task bar, so I use full screen rarely, also at full screen it does not matter if it is 1080p or 720p, with my old eyes I can't see the difference when driving. I guess only at screenshots it matters to me and even for those I rarely can get bothered to change resolution.

If I get new monitor some day, then I might need new GPU because two monitors would allow me to have stuff on other screen and game on other screen, sadly my monthly budget is around -10 euros currently, so that is not going to happen anytime soon.
