    you remove every thing in the cache folder so it says empty. Don't remove the cache folder itself though.

    Because it contains files that are generated from the game. If the game gets updated, the cache will become obsolete and can cause error.

    Delete it by deleting the BeamNG.Drive folder in DOCUMENTS.
