    Except it's outdated and his graphics don't really looks like current BeamNG.drive. He also asked if you could modify stuff in the Steam version which clearly implies that he isn't using a Steam version of the game and that he cracked it.

    yes you risk getting banned because as far as I know cracked games are illegal and if I was a developer I wouldn't particularly like someone using the game for free when they actually sell it on Steam. This game isn't free and this is a huge lack of respect to the developers.
