    It's just a screenshot, there's nothing to understand except a possible Breaking Bad reference. Not every screen with a cop car has to have a story to it .

    The first thing I think you should do is add a racing number on it, (Both sides and the hood).

    You might want to make more items look like carbon fiber.

    I like detail, (not sure if you have my mods but my most popular one is the ETXX.) You should add a few more details and remove that front badge,(if you want)

    Add some racing mirrors, that will make it look even better
    NVM I realized you had the mirrors

    Carbon fiber wheels is something that looks nice.

    Add some sponsors on it it will make it look more like an official race car.

    Add some camber too, not a lot but a little bit

    If you would like I can make a GT car and show you what I mean.

    Just suggestions!:D
