Outdated Crawl Central - Updated for +0.5.0.0 1.0

This map is really amazing. Been driving around with the DW Rock Bouncer. Crawling around with that is just great. The way it flexes and handles the climbs is really nice.

Please, make a scenario for this. Checkpoints at the middle of or almost top of each obsticle. The challenge of trying to complete a stage here within a timelimit would really be fun i think. Keep up the awesome work!

 

Thanks im glad everyone is enjoying it. I will try to do scenarios and has crossed my mind but im not sure how. but im sure its easy to learn so ill give it a try

But yes, great map. Will there be plans for multiple routes with different types of terrain?

 

Probably not. This is the biggest map I've done and it was a real pain and lots of hand cramps. Also im going to be moving to navada soon for a job building classics so chances of me being on here often is very low.

 

So for some reason when i load the map up I get an error saying " Failed to create resource: [levels/crawl_central/craw_central2.forest]"
the map loads but it doesnt have any objects or such in it.

 

How or where do I download crawl central

 

If you look at the first post there should be an icon of some sort next to a string of images, if you click on that that should start the download. When I tried to download this incredible map I got an empty file to download. Keep trying and something will happen.

Hey guys, been having a blast on Crawl Central V1 and I have found an unlikely but very capable little vehicle to romp all over this map.

Behold the Pigeon 4x4XL

 

This is a very good and fun map, especially with the suspension noises in the 0.5.1 update that was just released! Never before have I ever wanted to wreck a D35 offroad so much that I tried to drive at 50mph over rocks just so I hear the amazing suspension noises.

seems like a good map, i would like to get through it with the in-game off-road pickup but it doesn't have enough low end torque.

 

Thanks a bunch of converting this map over to the new system. This is one of the many that I miss. Sometimes even when setting the vehicles/terrain mods up correctly to the new system they still don't work or even show up. x_x

Are there any older versions available? When started sends out lots of errors. Can this be fixed?

 

Are you on version 0.5.1? Works just fine for me.
