Mmmh... Not as long as it's wearing registered trademarks (both the Ford logo and graphics and the Max-D franchise are copyrighted, for example). Anyway, it's up to @SealedGecko to decide, it's his mod.
ah ok. never knew that was a thing to watch out for on this site. lookin good! i like the black rims on it.
i'm not sure whitewalls fit a monster truck too well. i think it looked better with the whole white tires with the black rims. --- Post updated --- what's the progress on the lucas oil crusader shell? haven't heard about it in awhile.
that's actually not too bad looking. the body just needs to be a tiny bit longer. then the whitewalls would look real nice
On hold. Needs some custom additions to the chassis to support the wagon body (halo). That would be a compromise. I have something better in mind... Ghghgh... I don't think I'll ever be able to get rid of wobbling completely. Even just for the countless possible surfaces the wheels will have to roll on. As you can see, tuning the wheels settings for asphalt didn't yield satisfactory results with dirt. The pressureWheels model is smart and simple, but not really suitable for large sidewall 66 inchers. Wobbling is kinda unavoidable when the center of a wheel weighting more than 400kgs is described by a single node in an ideal hub-and-spoke model. It's pretty much impossible for the single "hub" beam to support such a big wheel without causing severe vibration - imagine a big toroidal body hanging at the end of a thin but highly resistant stick - unless everything gets tuned for extreme rigidity. In that case, though, rigidity comes at a price: even the slightest stress can snap parts off and produce instability and significant graphical glitches.
Looks nice! Maybe upload the base thing on the repository (without brands or trademarks), and release that stuff in a pack on the forum?
When launching the game. After starting the game launcher press the clear cache button instead of start game or whatever it is.
Are you sure you have the latest version and that the last version is deleted? The latest update had a different zip name that the last one so it will not overwrite the other.
Clearing the cache for this vehicle only is enough though. Go to Documents/BeamNG.drive/cache.0.6.1.0/vehicles/CRDTest/ and simply delete CRDTest.dae. The new and updated cache file will be generated the first time you launch the mod.
