since i found out how to get the pickup bed on AR152B's van mod to work, decided to put that and the single cab of the pickup on the monster truck and this was the final result
i removed the parts on the two vehicles i wanted on the monster truck, paused physics, went into the world editor (F11 default), and moved the bodies onto the truck. simple and easy way to do it.
It can also be done in a sort-of-permanent way by editing the main file of the CRD Monster Truck. Just swap the meshes in the flexbodies section of the body, or create a new body part with meshes from the D15 instead. Problem is, both solutions simply provide a (visual) mesh swap. The body isn't beamed either way, so it won't deform properly, and parts won't break/detach as expected. Also, since the D15 body wasn't designed to sit on a spaceframe but rather a ladder frame, a lot of elements of the CRD chassis will clip through the body (tubes, engine, ...). I'll upload a file containing the temporary body swap later if anyone's interested, but mind you the final result will be sort of shoddy.
Is it possible to keep transferring a map between two people? I assume all we'd have to do is keep giving each other the map folder.
@FLyInG 2 YoUr SoUL Could you make the turning of the truck sharper? I feel like in my opinion, it takes them way to wide.
I'll see what I can do. The turning radius could be reduced easily, but I want to make sure the wheels don't hit the lower links while steering. --- Post updated --- Well, even with the current settings, the wheels almost brush against the lower links already...
