Its fun trying to tell the age of the people on there based on what shows they grew up with. OT: There was one show that scared the living daylights out of me. I highly recommend checking it out if you have free time. Courage the Cowardly dog. Nothing shook me as a 5 year old kid more then this cursed show. It was meant to scare, and it succeeded. (Of course the early 2000s animation is dated, but whatever.) love the show a lot now, but these are a few scenes that haunted me. This is the one i remembered most, something about that movement stuck with me. This ones arguably more creepy, just for the spirits live action face. I discovered this one a lot later, but still cant describe the wonky blue fetus. Another one i remember.
OH PLEASE... That show is made by the BBC, the same studio who made Top Gear. I meant, it's horrible AF.
oh no why did i have to look at this during math class my teacher was wondering why i started dying during an online test
That was my absolute favorite as a kid because of how freaky it was. I also thought Beetlejuice was cool (both movie and animated series)
boohbah scared the living frick out of me. --- Post updated --- I have watched all of the courage the cowardly dog episodes 19 times over “What’s your offer!?” -eustace
Actually, I grew up watching mostly top gear and star trek: tng...... ok ok so I did watch some calliou some
The newer shows that I've seen just seem written by people who think kids are dumb. And then everyone wonders why younger generations aren't as smart... Seriously, I think this is true. Most modern tv shows and movies are downright awful, and most stuff I find to be popular is really terrible and stupid. Not just kids' shows, but also tv shows aimed at adults. And don't even get me started on what I think about TV shows that are supposed to be aimed at teenagers. I personally grew up with Thomas the Tank Engine, Jetsons, Flintstones, and G1 Transformers. I also enjoyed Star Trek: TNG at a young age, even if I didn't understand it that much. I also liked Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy! since I was about 5 or 6. The stuff people have posted on here is just astounding to me, "How did this even get one TV?" is most of my thoughts. The glugloobglabglub or whatever on the first page is just completely WTF A lot of items western media these days seems to be much more designed to be dumbed down, or mindless altogether.
(This show I didn't grow up watching, but I'd figured I would mention it in here anyways.) But has anyone watched this? I started watching this when I was 9 years old when it came out (I think). I'm not sure if this has been mentioned in this thread before, but this one deserves to be mentioned in here as well. --- Post updated --- Oh good God, those are horrible shows. --- Post updated --- Spoiler: I doubt if anyone remembers these... (WARNING LOTS OF SH*T) Hmm... anything else to put down here?
