d-series update not working

Hello, the D-series from the update is not working. The rollback is not driving and the prerunners and off-road like cars are driving but some have no textures, all drive slow and none of them have a working skin. The body has a color but the new parts like the fenders are black and don't have a skin.
The defaults also don't spawn with head- or taillights and no texture on some places.

-Does anyone have the same problem? How to solve this?

-I have already cleared my cache files.
