Did it, still nothing happened, all progress is still lost, I'm losing hope..

 

Take a look at all your mods folder in each version folder and look for the one that got content in it, then move it in the .23 folder.

 

I saw the mods folder is empty

 

They are somewhere, search in each version folder.

It's not possible to see your mods in the 0.23 folder, but now you mean you don't see them even in the 0.22? If so, your mods got deleted somehow, but how?!

 

Guess I gotta start over again maybe, I had almost 1k mods

Hey, I found all mods somehow and can reinstall all again, I have mods back but I made alot of configs for the cars which is all gone, any way to get it bacc?

 

The configs are in the same folder as the one the mod folder with all your mods was in

The configs are in 0.22/vehicles. Copy that folder, go to 0.23 and paste it. Then click at replace

Are your settings got deleted too? Now your mods, your custom configs (and probably your settings) got deleted somehow, and it means the whole usefolder got deleted somehow, but how? Did you do something in the launcher after installing the new update? Did you do something unusual when installing the 0.23?
(Btw, if you delete your usefolder the game makes another one, so you can't be sure current usefolder is the one that you had when using 0.22)

 

Well I was like : Screw it!, let's make the progress all again, I have almost downloaded all 800+ mods and soon will remake the configs!

When I remake all the configs I might make a configs mod with 40+ configs too!

 

A little update : I downloaded all mods and am remaking all configs!

 

my computer does not have enough space so i had to do it bye hand
