    A hotfix is released when a problem has been encountered requiring an immediate fix. The question to you is what is broken currently that requires an immediate fix?

    The engine likes to fall out of its mounts upon a small bump, so that's a slight concern

    That's called an "update", not an "hotfix". LucasBE decides if the mod gets updated, not you.

    After a little research,
    (FPS toggle button in graphics settings)
    Since the polygon is loaded for each part,
    I think it's also possible to make a high-detail model of the interior.

    Why is there uneven expression by normal map on the meter panel plane?

    That is due to Normal Map Oversaturation (Compressed for optimization and performance reasons)
    This mod is finished, I will no longer be working on it.

    That's simply a very basic and old website, you're much less likely to get a virus here than from fancier websites like modland. There aren't even any ads or download links.
