Chrysler didn't have a signature grille, and the front of this car is clearly a Chrysler.

 

Bruckell had one obviously.

 

We don't know that -- there are only two Bruckells in the game, and both are completely different.

Well, if it doesn't come with the type of grille the Moonhawk has, someone could do a mod adding said grille type to the LeGran.

 

I honestly never questioned the grille design of the Legran of the 80's when compared to the 70's Moonhawk.
The tail fluke end of the car and the interior however still remains a mystery though. The squared off "B" logo on the Legran is definitely a lot like how Oldsmobile's rocket emblem became a lot more simplified and squared off like a door or window in the 1980's.

 

Can anyone translate the signs?

 

Well, that is refer to the shop in Chinatown so mostly have Chinese signs but I don't know what the meaning of it.

 

I hope the Cable Car tracks are not just "printed" on the street, for a possible Cable Car mod (self driving, cable in middle slot wouldn't work!?)

This road in WCUSA looks very similar to a highway not far from San Jose/San Francisco

In my opinion the WCUSA start to really show the limit of the engine :/

In terms of what aspects ? Textures looks good and the maps have overall good looks in them, only thing I concider of looking a bit ''old'' is the cars. But that might be only about the colours and textures on them.

 

No, the textures are good, I mean the shaders and everything, it doesn't look "Right" if you know what I mean.
