That looks stunning... I like that you made a little path that crosses the river for vehicles that can't fit onto the bridge :D

My traffic app is almost ready to be released! I couldn't fix all the bugs, and I still have a few variables to tweak, but it's glorious. It feels like I'm really driving in Italy!

Those are some good ideas and suggestions, however I would like to keep the bodywork mostly the same as the D15. They should be similar, like how the bronco in your example has mostly the same body and parts as the ford F150 of the same year. The chrome would look good and the side mirrors, but that is more for an early 80s truck/SUV and really the D-series is late 80s to early 90s which means its technically a little too late of a model year for some of that. And about the rounded front corner of the cap, I had considered that at one point, but I am trying to have a combination of Bronco and Blazer, and that part is a sharp corner on the K5 Blazer. So I sloped the front edge of the cap like a Bronco, but left the sharp corner like a Blazer.

So for now there are no plans to change any of these things, as I am happy with the design currently. However, I don't know what kinds of edits I may consider doing in the future.

Attempting a traditional lowrider-style panelized paint job - not quite sure if I nailed it or not.

I would say that the pattern and colours are spot on but the texture itself has some issues with (anti)-aliasing or just the export/size itself.
Maybe try to play around with the settings a bit until you get smooth lines, that will look way better :)

OT: nothing new, maybe I should start preparing my presentation for the T-Type owners club

    Have a random dev-screen :D

I did some scientific research today to find out how many axles one needs on a traincar or a bogie to have stable handling.
The answer is 2 or more.

What if the axle of each traincar was as far back as possible, so as to be directly under the pivot point for the connection to the next one. Perhaps 1 axle could be stable then?

Maybe even a more complex hinging mechanism that creates a virtual pivot point that would be in front of the axle of the previous trailer could work too? Which would have the benefit of keeping weight distribution off the cars tow hitch. With ofc the downside being complexity, and potentially being impossible (I don't know the limits of what can be done with more complex hinge designs).

Imo that defeats the point of them being caravans.
    --- Post updated ---
I finally got back on my PC for a few minutes so I bumped weight from 6.8 to 10 and increased spring by 9000 which seemed to improve things a bit but I think I have to add more of both when I get on after school tomorrow.

Add more spring force until it gets unstable, then tune it back till its not :)

Well, this is "just" a new wheel option for many vehicles(so far) and a tow hitch slot for the caravan. Not really my intention to make a good working train from caravans tbh :)

I totally get that, I was just being pedantic :p
Its far more fun for them to be unstable anyway :)
