Looks surprisingly good with these wheels. What makes me laugh is it can easily light up the rear tire with 140hp and a 3.55 rear gear yet it can't even crack 100 MPH downhill when I can never get other cars to do the same.
Not silly at all, at least not to me. If I remember correctly, it's been a while since I've made any skins, but to remove the trim, go to your skin's material.cs file, and switch the image files called hatch_"x".dds to hatch_"x"_alt.dds. Do this for all except hatch_n.dds. Example using part of the Driving School skin. Code: singleton Material("hatch.skin.drivingschool") { mapTo = "hatch.skin.drivingschool"; overlayMap[2] = "vehicles/hatch/hatch_skin_drivingschool.dds"; diffuseMap[2] = "vehicles/hatch/hatch_c_alt.dds"; specularMap[2] = "vehicles/hatch/hatch_s_alt.dds"; normalMap[2] = "vehicles/hatch/hatch_n.dds"; diffuseMap[1] = "vehicles/hatch/hatch_d_alt.dds"; specularMap[1] = "vehicles/hatch/hatch_s_alt.dds"; normalMap[1] = "vehicles/hatch/hatch_n.dds"; diffuseMap[0] = "vehicles/common/null.dds"; specularMap[0] = "vehicles/common/null.dds"; normalMap[0] = "vehicles/hatch/hatch_n.dds";
First Douglas Rally, than Insane Rally, than Car Killer Rally. :thonk: Hope it turns out well, it’s looking really fast paced if that’s what it even is.
Yeah it's made to drive really fast, but not only rally focused I'm mostly inspired by these series of games OT:
Modelled a slide, my first model ever. I added front stands and added the main part, the slide! For my most recent update. It might not look good because I'm not even done yet.
