User Ibreu posted a picture of a car like this in the ideas and suggestions forum. I'm not a modder but figured it would be good to experiment with and learn from. I had some problems along the way (Mostly the props) but managed to get it all working. Some jbeam work left, a few other things I will probably not fix, like some of the engine-bay parts attached to air.

CCF is still full steam ahead, currently doing mechanicals (front suspension specifically)

Changed some idea about the intake parts, will reuse Scintilla parts but modified to reduce risk of texture error. Header piping and intake piping are done but turbocharging piping is still WIP along with radiator hoses.

Edit: Turbocharging is done, now going for the radhoses

 

I don't know the post you're referring to. But just from what we see here, it looks like it was a seaplane tug. I'm pretty sure the engine/radiator/battery is normally still kept in the engine bay, and the truck's default steering rack is used for the steering. Still a cool concept.

Either way, he looks pretty slick with his hair tied back (the proportions are weird, don't ask).

Car #2, I've parodied a football club, he's drinking newkie brown and things are getting out of hand.
But it's colourable at least.
